Women are an Integral Part of Society and coming up much stronger each day especially in India when we see them working at all fronts vis a vis Home, Profession and all strata of life. In no circumstances we can see them as a weaker gender. In India they are now in the Armed Forces and settled in Combat roles which was unthinkable until recently.

When we look at them in Hospitality and Tourism, we think the Industry will so be so colorless without them. Their very presence in a hotel to greet is so comforting indeed.
