Tipeshwar Wildlife Sanctuary
Tipeshwar National Park is home to a plethora of flora and fauna with more than 180 species of birds, 75 species of butterflies, and many species of mammals including the Bengal tigers, leopard cats, sloth bears, Indian leopards, hyenas, sambar deer, chital, black bucks and wild dogs. The sanctuary in Maharashtra shares a tiger corridor with Kawal Tiger Reserve (KTR) in the former undivided Adilabad district in Telangana.
